Refund policy

There are two policies below that cover clothing (provided by a print on demand company) and watches which are stocked and shipped by Time-Tees. Please read below the relevant section before instigating a return.

Return Policy for watch purchases

We would hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not

simply contact us within 14 days of delivery for return instructions. Returns are at the cost of the buyer for unwanted items, on receipt a full refund of the item cost will be made (This excludes the shipping cost to you)

 

Warranties

Whilst we don’t offer warranty for service work on our Vintage Watches any items marked as serviced are supplied with a 6 month warranty should the watch subsequently fail to operate, accidental damage is not covered. For new watches, manufacturer warranty will likely be void due to cases being opened and movements removed during the reviews on our YouTube channels My Retro Watches & My Watch Reviews

Should you have a problem with a new / reviewed watch within the first 6 months please contact Mike at sales@time-tees.com to discuss further. If we can help we will try.  This will be on a case by case basis. 

 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

 

 

 

Returns Policy for Clothing 

 

Time-Tees only offers refunds for damaged or mislabelled products, not for buyer’s remorse or ordering of the wrong size. Please read size charts on each product listing. 

 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

 

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

 

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Time-Tees reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
